Cut the Queue gives take-away stores, restaurants, caterers an online presence to accept electronic orders and information from customers. It works by forwarding orders placed on the website to the store Providers, which they complete for delivery or customer pickup.
You can find food outlets in your area by entering your locatin (suburb or city) from the main home page, www.ctq.com.au, or via the search page, www.ctq.com.au/search.php, and selecting any of the advanced options (revealed from link in the top right-hand corner of the search page).
After you have found your desired Provider (and if the Provider allows online ordering) you can simply select your quantities of any item from their menu, then clicking the 'place order' button and selecting the payment options. You maybe required to fill in address informtion for deliveries as well as contact information if the Provider needs to contact you to clarify any details.
The payment options depend on the each Provider and what they have elected to offer. We provider faciilites to Providers for PayPal, Credit Card, and cash on delivery. Payment options will be shown once you have selected your menu items and continue the order.
You can monintor the status of your order via order history page. Login, go to My Account, then click 'View Orders'. From there you can via the status and details of your order.
Once you have placed an order we forward it directly to the provider for them to complete and are no longer part of the process. We suggest you contact the Provider using their contact details on their profile page to discuss with them directly.
